Outside Sales Representative /Cabinet Designer

Locally owned, faith based company specializing in custom designing storage solutions to help people reclaim there garage spaces primarily but also other areas such as basements, laundry rooms, sheds or offices. We are looking for an outside design consultant/ sales representative that fits into our company culture and embraces our core values #1 so they can be a major contributor to the planned and expected growth of 30-5% in 2023 and in years to come.

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, extremely detail oriented, creative, passionate about serving people and working with a team, driven to succeed by delivering great, timely results. Cabinet design or interior design/organization experience or proven talent. Looking for an individual with Sales or business development experience.

• This position will spend a minimum of 3 days on the road visiting customers home garages and consulting with the homeowners.
• Be willing to drive 1-2 hours to some locations – primary coverage to be in the Upstate of SC. (during training NC as well).
• Do on site estimates for storage systems, cabinets and Epoxy floors – use proprietary software to draw out and create price proposals for customers
• Place customer cabinet orders and confirm them (once fully trained)
• Activity reports and status Reporting, updating the contact database and accountability and communication with all team members as needed.
• Strong communication with upper management, office management and the installation teams to ensure the successful outcomes of every job.
• Good with organization and detail and good phone skills
• Strong work ethic – you will not punch a clock you will be an independent contract

Full training and support provided to ensure success. Compensation provided during training and leads are also provided for you to visit. Compensation will be commission only with expected 1st yr. earnings to be between 40-60K with no limits. 2nd yr. should be $65- 80K.
